What is the difference between a colon cleanse product and M

Both contain a bulk forming fiber product, I am wondering what the difference is.

A colon cleanse product works with the muscles to help you cleanse your body. . . . metamucil will give you diareah and then you will still need the colon cleanse to clean you out.
