I've been having a horrible digestive problem and was wondering what you do on this cleansing program? Also, does it work? Do I have to crap my guts out every morning?

The "Cleansing" program makes you crap your guts out. Sometimes three or four times a day. It's nonsense, it does NOT "remove toxins" and it will probably make you feel worse, not better.
