What's the best colon cleansing program out there? Already s

Ever since I had my gallbladder out in 2004, I've had major digestive issues and was recently diagnosed at an appointment with a gastroenterologist, as having IBS. Most days I feel terrible, sluggish. I heard colon cleansing helps with digestive issues and I've tried Dr. Natura's Colonix and it was pretty good, I felt ok for about a month after having gone through that program, but now that it's been a while, over a year since I finished the Dr. Natura's Colonix, my IBS symptoms are back full force. I feel sluggish and terrible I can say, everyday now. I've recently been seeing some infomercials about a new product from Biomar. Anyone heard of it and / or tried it and know if it's any good?

I can't think of anything more unnatural than what happens when you go through a colon cleanse; it's a silly and outdated piece of quackery, with the potential to cause harm and infection.

There are plenty of IBS support sites, which mainly hinge on controlling your symptoms via your diet, just watch out for people hawking fake cures.
