depends. want to go all-natural or a quick fix. if you want the 'natural" part, drink apple juice when you're hungry and thirsty for three days. it detoxifies your body and your innards will be clean as a whistle. And you'll be pooping "pebbles" once the detox is complete until your colon and intestines become filled again.

No. Colon cleansing is pseudoscience. You should see your doctor.

It really doesn't help you to clean the colon if you keep putting in to the colon what is causing the problem. It's like fighting a fire with gasoline. What happens to your food when it goes in your stomach? Your stomach is before the colon. Ok, the food is enzymed in the stomach and it is ready to go into the small intestine, but more enzymes are needed and something else? It goes into the Duodenum and it is about 10 inches long going from the exit from the stomach to the small intestine and it is here that something is added to make the particles continuous, a long turd.
The problem is in the Duodenum, more specifically the Brunner's glands. It could be your gall bladder and the bile production; that's has to do with the Duodenum .
Your diet may be too acidic? What are you eating? You could drink more water.
A colon cleanse is great, but the colon is the transport area for the food you eat to the body and what you describe is not really that bad of a problem if it is something more than just 'rabbit pellet' stuff coming out.
But also it could be the beginning of another problem. Are you having any other problems with you digestion, i. e. pain in the stomach, pain in the right side below the ribcage, nauseous feelings, etc. ?
