im tall but i have a gut and kind of a fat face lol not that fat but i really want to lose weight i just dont know wat to eat to lower the calories and wat not to eat iv been going to the gym three days a week i do the tredmel for 30 min then the bike for 20 min and some ab machines and lifting weights ive been eating for break fast eaither farina or oatmeal thats like at five i get up at that time for work then i eat luch like at ten or elven then wat every has been cooked at my house witch is usualy something with rice everyday is rice with something meat chicken something unless pasta is made i would like someone to please heplm me and pleas be specific please jusr right me a list of wat to eat for breakfast luch and dinner im trying to just eat three times a day o0o0o0o0 iv been taking the colonix thing for a week now
one more thing is eating wheet pancakes okay cause i kinda get tired of eating frina and oatmeal okay thank you to those that will take your time to read this and anser me
