If it will cause colon dependency like other laxatives, it contains Psyllium Husk Powder, Senna, Fennel Seed, Peppermint, Papaya, Buckthorn Bark, Oregon Grape Root, Celery, Milk-Free Acidophilus.
I ask because on the bottle it says to not take it for more than a week just like any other laxative but the guy in the health food store told me i can take it for longer and it won't cause dependency.
Has anyone ever taken this Super Colon Cleanse, if so, can you tell me what your reactions are to this, I bought the power form.
