yes, make sure you add bulk like psyllium and bentonite clay to it. It's much better to start off with raw fruits and vegetables while staying away from processed sugars and meat. Drinking plenty of water that way you will have energy, fiber and you will be cleansing your system. When you're to the point that your body has adjusted then do it with just the bulk fiber and psyllium and water. It will be much easier for you and not so much a shock to your body.
