Does the Dual-Action Cleanse work?

Does the Dual-Action Cleanse work?

Postby cathyb » July 11th, 2011, 12:00 pm

I have been wanting to start a detox program and there are so many choices out there. . . I have no idea where to start. Does this product work? Should I just get a colon cleansing in one of those health spas? What are some other good alternatives?
BTW I've never done a detox of any kind, don't want to loose weight. I just want to get rid of the excess fecal matter.

I tried drnatura. com myself along with 2 other friends. We didn't lose as much weight as planned, but we sure did feel better! It could've been the massive amounts of water you have to drink that contributed to our higher energy levels. . . check out the site, the pics are interesting to say the least.

You can step on the scale and see a few pounds less with any of these programs but you still have the same amount of fat on your body. They just get rid of fecal matter and water which your body will replace quickly. Waste of time and money. (Unless you need to make a certain weight for a boxing match or you are a race jockey?) If you are really looking to detox bad toxins from your body just eat healthy fresh non packaged foods and juices for a week and drink as much water as you possibly can and it will do a much better job than this off the shelf stuff.
